Switch from a Trial to a Paid Subscription
To upgrade your Proxima Analytics account, start by logging in. Then, simply click on the "Upgrade" link in the top right corner, or you can go directly to the Upgrade page.
You can also access the upgrade page through the "Settings" section. Click on the "Settings" link at the bottom of the application, and scroll down to find the "Account Billing" section.
Keep in mind that only the account owner can upgrade the account.
Select Your Subscription Plan
On the upgrade page, you'll find various subscription plans to pick from. You have the choice of either a monthly or annual subscription. Opting for the annual subscription grants you a 2-month discount in comparison to the monthly one.
At this stage, we're working to provide you with an accurate estimate of your usage. We'll display the projected cost of your subscription based on your current usage. Please note that this estimate relies on your present usage and might not align precisely with your actual usage. You can always switch your subscription plan later if necessary.
Once you've selected your subscription plan, click on the "Upgrade Now" button to proceed to the next step.
Enter Your Payment Information
On the next step you'll get redirected to Stripe, our payment processor. Enter your payment information and click on the "Start Trial" button to complete the upgrade process. We won't charge you until the end of your 30-day trial period. Your subscription begins immediately and will automatically renew. You have the flexibility to modify or cancel your plan whenever you like.
You will receive an email from Stripe containing your invoice automatically. Every payment you make will generate an invoice sent directly to your email. Additionally, you have the option to download your invoices conveniently from your Proxima account settings.
We don't store any of your payment information on our servers. All of your payment information is securely stored by Stripe.
