Add Your First Website

Once your account is set up, you will be redirected to a nifty page where you will be able to see, choose and manage all your soon-to-be connected websites. You can add your first site simply by clicking on the “Add New Website” button.

You will then be asked to enter your site’s domain name in the “Launch New Project” box. Keep in mind, you don’t need to include `https` or `www` in the URL - just the hostname and dot-com will do. It should look something like this: `yoursiteurl.com`

Proxima effectively tracks

Tracking Subdomains

With Proxima, there's no need to worry about individually adding each subdomain to the base website. For example, if you have a website called `example.com` and a blog hosted on `blog.example.com`, Proxima will automatically track data for both domains and present you with a comprehensive overview of combined data from both sources.

Adding a Demo Website

If you wish to test the Proxima application with a locally developed website, it's necessary for our servers to have access to your local website. To enable this access, you can utilize tools such as ngrok or Localtunnel. These tools establish a tunnel to your local website and generate a public URL that allows our servers to reach your website.

By using either ngrok or Localtunnel, you can easily create a secure connection between your local development environment and our servers. Once the tunnel is established, the provided public URL can be added as a new website in the Proxima application.
